BISE DG Khan provides a scheduled date sheet to students every year. After the announcement of the date sheet, students will be able to know about the schedule during the exams. Students must adhere to a schedule to avoid any inconvenience. The board announced the 12th-grade date sheet in June to help students plan their annual exam preparation.According to the Punjab Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education Act, 1976, BISE DG Khan was established.

The Board aims to provide excellent services to students at SSC and HSSC levels. It ensures that all tasks are complete and goals are achieve. The districts under the jurisdiction of BISE DG Khan are Dera Ghazi Khan, Muzaffargarh, Layyah and Rajanpur.The board not only provides assistance to the students before the examinations are held but also the students can avail the facilities after the announcement of the results of the 12th class. The Board conducts examinations every year for regular and private candidates.Under BISE DG Khan, the annual intermediate examinations for the session will be held in May. BISE DG Khan has the authority to conduct Part 1 and Part 2 examinations of Intermediate as per the prescribe schedule.
